Customers may cancel their subscription to Lyki at any time by accessing their account settings on the Lyki website (https://lyki.net).
Upon cancellation, customers will continue to have access to Lyki's services until the end of their current billing period.
No cancellation fees will be charged for terminating the subscription.
Lyki offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions.
If a customer is dissatisfied with Lyki's services within the first 30 days of their subscription, they may request a full refund by contacting Lyki's customer support team at support@lyki.net.
Refund requests made after the initial 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of the refund request.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the subscription.
Lyki reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse or violation of Lyki's terms of service.
Please note: This cancellation and refund policy applies specifically to Lyki's services provided by the Supernova entity in Maharashtra, India. Customers are encouraged to review Lyki's terms of service for additional information regarding cancellation and refund policies.

The Company has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
